I moved from Ocala, often referred to as the Horse Capital of the World, where equestrian communities are a way of life. In Ocala, it’s common to find neighborhoods designed specifically for horse owners—complete with community barns, riding trails, training facilities, and an established equestrian culture. Given the cooler climate, rolling hills, and abundant land in Northwest Arkansas, I expected to find a similar number of equestrian communities and horse properties here.
