Bella Vista is located in Benton County, just North of Fayetteville and Bentonville. It is a very unique community in that any resident or land owner is part of the property owners association. (Thus paying dues)
BV provides essential residential services and maintains a public natural-surface trail system of about 40 miles – The Back 40 Trails. The coves around the lake are an anglers dream. Many tournaments are hosted here through out the year. The marina at this lake offers gas, boat rentals and a full service marina. The other 6 lakes are just as much fun and just a beautiful.
This area continues to grow and is no longer a retirement community, but a recreational haven for those of all ages. Young families and corporate professionals are moving in daily, and the natural-surface trail system sees visits from mountain bikers, hikers and trail runners from across the country. Attractions such as the Mildred B. Cooper Memorial Chapel and Lakepointe Restaurant and Event Center will top off your visit.
