Centerton is a city in Benton County, Arkansas. Located west of Bentonville on Highway 102, this area has grown from a railroad stop and fruit orchard community in the early 20th century into a suburban bedroom community within the rapidly growing Northwest Arkansas (NWA) region.

There is a lot of new construction in this area at the moment with many buyers working in the Bentonville area.

Schools

Public education for elementary and secondary students is provided by Bentonville School District, which leads to graduation from Bentonville West High School. Centerton is home of two of the district’s schools. Centerton Gamble Elementary School, which serves kindergarten through grade 4 and Bentonville West High School which serves grade 9 to grade 12 (graduation). This area is also home to one of Northwest Arkansas’s private schools. Lifeway Christian School serves preschool through grade 12, and is based in the city’s First Baptist Church.

There is a beautiful city park with walking trails, a lake for fishing, playground and more. The picture below was taken during winter, otherwise it is much more vibrant!
